LootLens ("we", "us") is a free, client-side price comparison tool. This policy explains how advertisements on our site may collect and use data, and what control you have.

1. What LootLens itself collects

Nothing. LootLens runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are stored only in your device's local storage and are never transmitted to our servers. We have no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking on our own behalf.

2. Third-party advertisements

To keep LootLens free, we display advertisements served by third-party ad networks including but not limited to:

Adsterra (adsterra.com)
HighRevenueFormat / ProfitableRateCPMNetwork

These ad networks may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and similar technologies to:

Serve personalised or non-personalised ads
Measure ad impressions and click-through rates
Detect ad fraud and bots
Build interest-based advertising profiles

3. Data collected by ad networks

Ad networks may collect some or all of the following:

IP address (and approximate geolocation derived from it)
Browser type, version, and user agent string
Operating system and device type
Pages visited on this site and time spent
Referring URL (how you arrived here)
Ad interactions (views, clicks)
Cookies and similar tracking identifiers

This data is collected and processed by the ad networks under their own privacy policies, not by LootLens.

4. Cookies

LootLens itself does not set any cookies. Third-party ad scripts may set cookies on your device. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

5. Your choices

Ad blockers: You are free to use an ad blocker. LootLens works fully without ads. We may ask you to disable your ad blocker to support us, but the site remains functional either way.
Opt-out of personalised ads: Visit youronlinechoices.com or optout.aboutads.info to manage interest-based advertising preferences.
Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies and scripts entirely.

6. Children's privacy

LootLens is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Ad networks may serve contextual (non-targeted) ads to all visitors.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
